BeMyGov is the new Biskia European Microsoft Citizen Services and e-Government Center. Its objective is the creation of a knowledge center based on e-Government solutions in Vizcaya which is being achieved by making the region’s ICT institutions and companies participants in the project; a fact which will lead to increased economic growth and greater technical excellence.

However, the scope of the center is not merely limited to the area of Vizcaya, as it is in fact destined to become an international reference in the development of eGovernment and Citizen Services solutions, reason why Microsoft has made BeMyGov its European point of reference in terms of e-government technologies.

Transfer of knowledge will take place from this center and solutions in the improvement of both local management and citizen attention services will be available - through the ICT companies - to local governments around the globe.
